📋 Description
• Design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service). • Design complex application systems in cloud environments using modern technologies. • Lead agile projects – from strategic planning and architecture to successful implementation at the client. • Develop and implement innovative strategies across diverse customer projects. • Apply expertise in the combined role of consultant and architect. • Grow and develop the team focused on Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of professional experience in the relevant area and strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules. • Experience leading project teams, including technical and functional responsibility, and managing project delivery in coordination with stakeholders. • Extensive knowledge of enterprise software architectures and integrating D365 systems into existing IT infrastructures. • Openness to using AI-supported technologies to optimize processes and solutions. • Nice-to-have: Experience with the Power Platform and Microsoft Azure. • Excellent German language skills (C1 level) both written and spoken, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.
