• Regulatory Oversight: Act as the registered Physician lead in accordance with California Title 22 • Clinical Quality Management & QAPI: • - Actively participate in the Quality Management program • - Attend Quarterly QAPI meetings to review clinical outcomes and patient safety data • Clinical Governance and Consultation: • - Conduct occasional chart reviews to ensure documentation meets medical necessity • - Review and approve clinical protocols and treatment guidelines • - Provide remote guidance to the Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) on complex cases • Laboratory Oversight: Ensure agency compliance with state CLIA California requirements
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted California Physician's License (MD or DO) • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with California Title 22 and Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) • Malpractice Insurance: Candidate must maintain their own insurance • Familiarity/experience with Home Healthcare
