📋 Description

• Develop new CSR initiatives from concept through implementation and results evaluation • Take ownership of and further develop OBRIO's existing initiatives • Create external CSR communications and PR plans with the PR team • Generate news hooks and prepare press releases, PR materials, and media pitches • Research relevant awards and nominations, prepare applications, and develop OBRIO cases for the professional community • Develop partnerships with foundations, NGOs, media, and other organizations • Coordinate cross-functional work with Design, Legal, Finance, SMM, Brand, Engagement, and HR • Scale OBRIO's CSR portfolio and social initiatives • Strengthen the brand's public presence through media coverage and professional recognition • Increase the social impact and strengthen OBRIO's reputation as a company implementing socially important initiatives • Report directly to Solomiia Kopets, CSR Lead OBRIO

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in communications • 2+ years of experience in project management • Experience in PR, CSR, communications, or the charitable sector, preferably focused on social projects • Experience delivering social or charitable projects end-to-end, from concept and planning through launch and results evaluation • Experience working with external stakeholders, including foundations, NGOs, charitable organizations, media, and other partners • Practical PR and external communications skills: writing press releases and PR materials, preparing news hooks, and pitching to media • Experience developing and implementing CSR/ESG initiatives and communications campaigns • Alignment with OBRIO values (GREAT) • AI is already part of the candidate's workflow; familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, CodeRabbit, OpenRouter, AWS Bedrock, NotebookLM, N8N, Gemini, OpenAI, HeyGen, Arcads, Krea, Runway, Kling, and ElevenLabs • Experience communicating with the public sector or existing professional contacts is an advantage
