📋 Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities and deliverables. • Support Product Manager in day-to-day project execution and reporting. • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear expectations. • Help manage project tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. • Participate in regular status meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives. • Monitor project risks and issues, and escalate as needed. • Coordinate communication across departments to ensure smooth project execution. • Contribute to continuous improvement by gathering feedback and supporting process updates

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in delivery/project coordination or junior product roles. • Basic understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and lifecycle (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall is a plus). • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, Notion, MS Project). • Ability to create and maintain basic project documentation (task lists, status reports, meeting notes, etc.). • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail. • Basic understanding of software development or tech product lifecycle (a plus, especially for IT roles).
