📋 Description

• Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnote disclosures and MD&A. • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, staying current on new accounting standards and disclosure requirements. • Manage the external audit process, including coordination with auditors and internal stakeholders. • Develop and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) in accordance with SOX requirements. • Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, including equity, revenue recognition, and business combinations. • Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements. • Support IPO readiness activities, including drafting and reviewing S-1 filings and related documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required; Big 4 preferred. • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, including public accounting and/or public company experience. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, S-1), and SOX compliance. • Experience with IPO preparation and public company reporting is highly preferred. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workiva, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.). • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
