CHAMBRE REGIONALE D'AGRICULTURE OCCITANIE is a regional public organization that represents, advises and supports agricultural actors across the Occitanie region in France. It offers information, training, technical and economic advisory services, coordinates local chambers, promotes agricultural sectors (viticulture, livestock, organic farming, forestry), manages programs on agri-environment, climate adaptation, water and soil management, and facilitates access to funding and market development. The chamber also runs events, research and innovation partnerships, vocational promotion and installation/transmission assistance to strengthen regional rural development and the agri-food value chain.

📋 Description

• Serve as the operational liaison for Management and elected representatives, and as a member of the Management Committee • Lead a six-person service team • Ensure strategic consistency and foster a shared dynamic • Ensure consistency across actions and initiatives between departments • Contribute to the Management Committee and strategic bodies • Represent the Chamber of Agriculture • Supervise service employees and develop cross-departmental relationships • Plan, prioritize, and monitor objectives • Ensure smooth information flow • Manage the department’s budget and human resources • Propose solutions tailored to the challenges facing the region • Develop the range of services offered • Establish partnerships • Monitor the financial aspects of projects and applications • Identify new sources of financial resources

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent • Previous experience in team management, project leadership, and change management support preferred • Knowledge of the agricultural sector and its economic, environmental, and institutional challenges • Ability to lead teams and projects, prioritize, and make decisions • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
