• As our Financial Analyst, you'll be the analytical backbone of our investment banking operations. • You'll take raw company data and transform it into compelling financial narratives that help investors make confident decisions and help our clients achieve their growth objectives. • Responsibilities include Company Analysis & Valuation, Financial Modeling, Investor Materials Creation, Pro Forma Development, Data Room Management, Due Diligence Support, Market Research, Quality Control, and Client Communication. • Results we expect are Accuracy & Speed, Client Satisfaction, Deal Velocity, Model Standardization, Presentation Quality, Due Diligence Efficiency, and Professional Development.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation preferred • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, or management consulting • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel modeling skills (macros, VBA a plus), proficiency in financial databases (CapitalIQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg), and PowerPoint presentation design • Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify key financial trends and outliers • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and transaction structures across multiple industries • Work Style: Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously • Technology Adaptability: Comfortable learning new financial software and data management systems • Professional Presence: Ability to interact professionally with C-level executives, investors, and other senior stakeholders.
