Your career, redefined. •At Oceans, we help the best and brightest of Sri Lanka to take advantage of opportunities that otherwise wouldn’t be available to them, while supporting entrepreneurs around the world. •Our community (we call them Divers) don’t do surface work—they go deep to solve complex challenges and make a real impact. •As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through strategic digital marketing initiatives. •This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. •You’ll be responsible for everything from paid campaigns to content marketing, ensuring that every initiative aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable results. •Your success as a Digital Marketing Manager will be measured by your ability to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth. •Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our client’s business goals. •Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. •Develop and manage high-quality content, including blogs, articles, infographics, and videos, to align with brand messaging and goals. •Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. •Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using analytics tools. •Your primary stakeholder will be your client, and cross-functional teams in the business such as sales, product, and design. •At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from your Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.
•Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). •Experience: At least 3 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in paid advertising, content marketing, and performance optimization. •Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience. •Digital Marketing Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. •Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-backed decisions to improve marketing performance. •Expertise in Performance Marketing: Deep understanding of PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and conversion rate optimization. •Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. •Understanding of UX & Customer Journey Mapping: Ability to create seamless user experiences that drive conversions and engagement.
