📋 Description

• Develop, schedule, and manage multi-segment email campaigns across customer and prospect audiences. • Build automated journeys, drip campaigns, and lead-nurture programs that align with the marketing funnel. • Ensure all campaigns are on-brand, mobile-responsive, and compliant with accessibility best practices. • Partner with content, SEO, and design teams to develop engaging copy and visuals. • A/B test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and design layouts to optimize performance. • Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across regional and global campaigns. • Monitor and analyze key metrics including open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and unsubscribe trends. • Develop performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Use audience segmentation and testing results to refine targeting and personalization strategies. • Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL regulations. • Stay ahead of evolving email technologies and automation best practices. • Bring forward new ideas and tools to enhance conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with major email platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or Mailchimp. • Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and list health management. • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and performance-based improvements. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across content, design, and marketing teams. • Strong copywriting and editing abilities with attention to tone, accuracy, and clarity. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in testing and learning. • Bonus skills: • Experience with global or multi-language email programs. • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-scoring models. • Understanding of lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies. • Experience integrating email with paid media and content funnels.
