• Shape financial strategy by translating data into clear recommendations. • Design dashboards tailored to specific audiences and uncover trends that connect data to business activities. • Lead forecasting cycles and build rolling financial plans that adapt to change. • Develop structured, flexible, and advanced financial models to guide business strategy. • Evaluate business opportunities using key financial metrics (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback). • Build strong relationships with business leaders, translating financial data into tactical and strategic insights.
• Experience: 4–7 years in FP&A, finance, analytics, or related roles. • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan. • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. • Business Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, investments, and resource allocation decisions. • Communication: Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders. • Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious about uncovering “why” behind business trends. • Nice to have: Experience with SQL, Looker, or other advanced analytics tools. • Exposure: Prior work in high-growth, data-driven, or consulting environments. • Leadership: Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading financial planning cycles.
