• Go-to-Market Execution: Launch inbound and outbound campaigns targeting mid-market U.S.-based insurance agencies. • Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO, and paid media; leverage AI tools to automate tasks, personalize outreach, and scale efficiency. • Outbound Sales Enablement: Build prospect lists and run outreach sequences to engage directly with decision-makers; book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team; support creation of sales collateral, decks, and case studies. • Collaboration & Reporting: Align marketing and sales strategy in partnership with leadership; report on KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; share insights and best practices for continuous improvement. • Role: Remote role with overlap with client time zone; in-person training during first 90 days. • 3–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound sales/BDR roles. • Proven impact: track record of running inbound and outbound campaigns that generate measurable results. • Industry knowledge: experience targeting B2B mid-market clients (insurance, fintech, or SaaS preferred). • Communication: Strong copywriting and messaging skills for campaigns and outreach. • Tools: Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and outbound prospecting platforms. • AI Fluency: Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, AI analytics) to boost productivity. • Mindset: Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in fast-paced, lean environments. • Bonus: Prior experience in insurance technology, SEO, paid media, or distributed teams.
