📋 Description

• Develop and implement complete SEO strategies for both agency and client websites. • Audit sites and Google Business Profiles (GBPs) to identify issues, opportunities, and priorities. • Build keyword maps by service and city to improve local search visibility. • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives — from schema and Core Web Vitals to crawl optimization. • Create and publish service, location, and supporting content aligned with brand tone and conversion goals. • Optimize GBPs for visibility in the local pack, focusing on calls, direction requests, and impressions. • Build and maintain local citations, backlinks, and review programs to strengthen authority. • Ensure NAP accuracy across directories and listings. • Track and report on GBP engagement, keyword rankings, and traffic growth. • Write SEO-focused website copy and blog articles that drive rankings and conversions. • Develop briefs and outlines for content that matches search intent and maintains brand voice. • Apply direct-response principles to optimize landing pages for lead generation. • Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key wins, challenges, and next steps. • Deliver concise weekly written updates to summarize progress and priorities. • Build Looker Studio dashboards to visualize KPIs and track conversions. • Present actionable insights instead of data dumps — focusing on ROI and lead quality. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to implement SEO recommendations, publish optimized content, and maintain website health.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven record of improving local SEO rankings for small or service-based businesses. • Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including schema, indexing, and Core Web Vitals. • Experience with Google Business Profile setup and optimization. • Proficiency with Ahrefs, GA4, and Looker Studio (or similar). • Hands-on experience with Webflow; familiarity with WordPress or Shopify is a plus. • Ability to write SEO-optimized service pages, blogs, and GBP posts. • Skilled in performance tracking, reporting, and insight-driven optimization. • Highly independent, detail-oriented, and accountable — thrives with autonomy and high trust.
