• Partner with our client to manage daily reconciliations and prepare month-end reports. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. • Prepare and process all month-end journal entries and reconciliations. • Manage daily bank reconciliations for accuracy across accounts. • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of fixed assets and other general ledger accounts. • Oversee high-volume Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows. • Manage the accounting inbox, handling 100–200 transactions weekly. • Generate and maintain monthly reports and schedules for audit and compliance. • Assist in financial statement preparation and internal audit readiness. • Provide supporting documentation and analysis for reporting cycles. • Contribute to improving accounting workflows and accuracy over time.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance roles. • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Excel. Knowledge of using Ramp would be an added advantage. • Ability to manage journal entries, reconciliations, AR/AP workflows, and month-end close processes. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, solve problems, and ensure accuracy. • High standard for written and verbal communication, particularly in managing email workflows and reporting. • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain organization under high-volume workflows. • Bonus skills: Familiarity with email or inbox automation to streamline accounting processes. • Understanding of U.S. accounting standards is a plus but not required.
