📋 Description

• Analyze demand versus available capacity to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities • Develop forward-looking capacity forecasts rather than retrospective views • Model different scenarios to support prioritization and hiring decisions • Standardize, and maintain delivery and planning KPIs • Ensure consistent metrics across tribes and teams • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights • Track trends in predictability, utilization, throughput, and bottlenecks • Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single, reliable view • Improve data quality, consistency, and automation of reporting • Shift the organization from manual data collection to scalable, repeatable processes • Identify systemic issues impacting delivery performance • Provide transparent, objective visibility across tribes • Partner with engineering and product leadership to interpret insights • Enable leadership forecasting and strategic planning with data-backed recommendations • Support discussions on trade-offs, sequencing, and investment allocation • Proactively facilitate conversations between teams and stakeholders to clarify needs, surface risks, and turn insights into practical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills • Experience with capacity planning, resource modeling, or workforce planning • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Ability to work with ambiguous data and create structure and clarity • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to confidently communicate insights, drive discussions, and influence decisions across engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders • Experience working in a multi-team or matrixed environment (e.g., tribes) • Nice to have: • Background in engineering, delivery, or agile environments • Experience driving automation and process standardization • Familiarity with forecasting and scenario planning techniques • Exposure to KPI frameworks related to delivery performance and predictability
