📋 Description

• Teach ESL to Canada-bound adult students in a remote setting • Develop lesson plans and provide assessments • Engage with students during online classes at flexible hours • Utilize provided training and teaching materials effectively • Maintain communication with students and staff regarding progress

🎯 Requirements

• Speaks English at an idiomatic level • Canadian citizenship • Bachelors degree from a Western or English-speaking institution • Professional appearance and demeanor • Reliable, high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi), webcam, and headset • Minimum availability of 15 hours/week during peak times: Sunday-Thursday: 5 pm-8 pm ET Monday-Friday: 5 am-11 am ET • Punctual, reliable, and immediately available to start • Willingness to adjust schedules for Daylight Saving Time changes
