• Assist with Epic Configuration: Support customization and configuration of Epic applications • Workflow Analysis: Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows • Testing & Validation: Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches • End-User Support: Help troubleshoot basic issues • Training Support: Assist in creating user guides and training materials • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes • Collaboration: Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams • Engage in training and development activities to build skills
• Completion of an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience preferred • Epic proficiency must be obtained within 60-days of employment • Interest in data analysis, problem solving and continuous learning • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills • Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to team interview
