📋 Description

• Support various financial, administrative, and procurement activities within the organization • Manage accounts, prepare financial reports, coordinate procurement processes • Oversee grant proposals and research administration • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial and administrative activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 4 years of complex General Ledger Accounting experience in a similar or relevant role • Intermediate-level skills and knowledge of ERP systems • Advanced Excel experience required • Experience with NetSuite required • Experience in Healthcare/Healthcare IT is preferred • Experience with Salesforce preferred • Understanding of how inter-functional processes influence one another and ability to make appropriate improvements
