📋 Description

• Lead in the design, development and implementation of Learning Experience curricula • Work intensively with health center teams to refine their Learning/Training Team • Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults • Assess project issues and develop resolutions • Oversee the planning and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Learning and Training management experience • Strong consulting, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise learning strategies • Proven ability to analyze KPIs and learning metrics • Experience designing and implementing scalable learning solutions • Expertise in onboarding strategy and delivery • Experience working with or supporting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
