📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments. • Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and internal communications to support program execution and interdepartmental coordination. • Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, updates, and outcomes using internal tracking systems and tools. • Collaborate with team members to track project milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks and follow-ups. • Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience preferred. • Experience with program coordination in human resources and supporting workforce readiness preferred. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management preferred.
