📋 Description
• Handle patient billing inquiries • Work directly with patients for customer service • Collect past due balances • Provide timely and accurate responses • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and departments • Record and maintain transactions • Educate debtors on payment options
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent • 1 year of customer service, healthcare, or office experience • Previous call center experience preferred • Experience with medical terminology in a medical billing environment • Computer skills and dexterity for data entry • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Windows-style applications and software packages
