📋 Description

• The Enterprise Data Analyst is a hands-on data professional responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics that support both practice-level operations and corporate shared services. • This role transforms data into actionable insights to support decision-making across Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP). • This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in analytics who is ready to expand their impact in a growing, data-driven organization. • The analyst will work cross-functionally, deepen technical skills, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen data literacy and reporting standards across the enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting. • Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting purposes. • Strong working knowledge of Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools, including dashboard development and data modeling. • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy. • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
