📋 Description

• Lead Developer Experience (DevEx) team as Senior Engineering Manager (L5) • Part of Product Leadership Team sharing accountability for team outcomes • Focus on people leadership, delivery, and coaching (no coding expected) • Support mission: help customers deliver changes more frequently, safely, with greater visibility • Lead a sustainable, high-performing team of autonomous engineers • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to uplift practices across Octopus
