📋 Description
• Advise across a wide range of legal issues including commercial contracts, employment matters, AI, ad-tech, gaming, entertainment law, and privacy • Draft and review a broad range of commercial contracts • Provide pragmatic business-minded solutions while advising product and engineering teams • Develop and maintain legal resources to assist business teams
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance • Active membership in good standing in a U.S. state bar; law review and/or clerkship experience preferred • 4-8 years of experience in-house at a technology company, with a background in ad-tech preferred • Ability to attend meetings with the Bosnia/Serbia team, sometimes starting at 7 am PST
