• Proven experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Operations Coordination within a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience working directly with a CEO or Founder as an executive right hand, Chief of Staff, or dedicated operations lead, with a track record of successfully driving a founder's strategic priorities to completion. • Key Traits: Exceptionally organized, methodical, and consistent, with a strong "finisher" mindset and a natural drive for project completion. • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding emotional intelligence and diplomatic communication. Ability to work as a collaborative partner with senior executives and C-level owners while maintaining high accountability for deadlines.
