📋 Description
• Build and maintain backend services in Kotlin for our product platform • Design and implement interfaces between internal components and public clients (REST/gRPC/Kafka) • Implement new features end-to-end together with the team (design discussion → implementation → rollout) • Develop backend for our landing page, with interactive gamification features • Work with machines in our data center, as well as cloud platform on AWS • Help improve reliability and performance (monitoring, caching, availability) with guidance from the team • Be part of a collaborative, cross-domain product team, closely cooperating with other Kotlin developers, as well as AI specialists. • Learn and grow through pairing, code reviews, and mentoring
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience with Kotlin • Good understanding of backend fundamentals and interest in learning cloud & distributed systems • Good understanding of backend fundamentals and willingness to learn modern tools for content-based applications • Familiarity with API design (REST/GraphQL/gRPC) • Some experience deploying code to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) or strong interest in learning • Knowledge of Docker and basic infrastructure (a plus) • Terraform or Kubernetes experience (a plus) • Familiarity with Agile development practices • Interest in esports (a plus!)
