📋 Description
• Define, implement, and oversee the automation testing strategy and execution • Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test scripts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define test requirements • Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through rigorous testing • Mentor and guide junior automation engineers in best practices • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools • Report on test progress, defects, and overall product quality • Continuously drive improvements in the automation testing process • Work closely with product managers and developers • Drive adoption of best practices in automation testing
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in QA automation, including leadership roles • Proven experience with automation frameworks covering functional, integration, load, and distributed system testing • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities • Gaming industry experience a big plus • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools • Experience with JUnit or similar • Experience with TestNG or similar • Experience with Gatling, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools • Experience with Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, or similar tools • Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) • Experience with Git • Experience with Jenkins or similar tools • API testing knowledge • Agile/Scrum experience
