📋 Description
• Own UX end-to-end: research → concept → prototypes → user testing → iteration • Design simple experiences for complex data • Define and refine flows for: • Match & tournament pages • Player & team profiles • News & content discovery • Onboarding + gamification • Work closely with PM, data team, and FE engineers (Next.js / React) • Conduct UX research, interviews, usability tests • Transform insights into clear product decisions • Advocate for users while balancing speed, scope, and product priorities • Bring new ideas — creativity is welcome
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of UX experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and process • Excellent information architecture — you bring clarity to complex interfaces • Experience designing web apps with heavy data context • Mastery of Figma • Experience running research and usability testing • Experience with design systems • Collaborative mindset — you work well with cross-functional teams • Fluent in English
