• Own the full project lifecycle for physical hardware installations, including kickoff, survey, scoping, fulfillment, installation, provisioning, and client handoff. • Be the primary point of contact for clients, during the implementation phase, leading communications and managing expectations. • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including survey operations, scoping, logistics, commissioning, and support. • Build project timelines, manage task assignments, and proactively resolve blockers. • Ensure that installation standards, checklists, and quality assurance processes are followed. • Escalate issues in a timely fashion. • Track and document each stage of the project using internal systems.
• Locations: Colombia only (remote) • English: Strong verbal and written english communication skills. • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, operations, or related field. • Experience : 3–5 years managing physical installations, field deployments, or technical implementations—ideally in IoT devices, PropTech, or smart buildings. • Project Management Tools : Comfortable using Notion, or equivalent tools for planning. • Customer Communication : Fluent in English; confident and professional in calls, emails, and meetings with U.S.-based clients. • Work Style : Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly accountable with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
