📋 Description
• Ensure students experience high-quality, positive learning by: • Facilitating learning activities that engage and retain students • Marking assessments and providing meaningful, constructive feedback • Supporting communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions – ensuring visibility to students every 24-48 hours • Collaborating with academic teams to maintain unit quality • Upholding OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience • OLAs are not responsible for curriculum design, assessment creation, or scheduling.
🎯 Requirements
• Hold a minimum postgraduate degree in Business/Project Management • 5+ years • Understand the challenges faced by online learners • Able to manage time and responsibilities independently • Comfortable navigating online learning platforms • Passionate about helping students succeed • Flexibility to work sessional part-time: 8 hours per week. Hours may increase depending on assessment/marking cadences and the number of student groups you support. • Located in Australia • Experience teaching or studying in an online environment (Desirable) • Previous teaching or mentoring experience (Desirable)
