📋 Description
• Facilitating learning activities that engage and retain students • Marking assessments and providing meaningful, constructive feedback • Supporting communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions – ensuring visibility to students every 24-48 hours • Collaborating with academic teams to maintain unit quality • Upholding OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience
🎯 Requirements
• Hold a minimum Masters in Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years industry experience • Working knowledge of a wireframing or prototyping tool such as Balsamiq, Figma or Adobe XD • Experience running qualitative user research and reporting findings to stakeholders • Experience applying human factors or trust research to AI or automated systems • Experience supervising or assessing team-based project work • Experience teaching or studying in an online environment • Previous teaching or mentoring experience • Understand the challenges faced by online learners • Organised & proactive: Able to manage time and responsibilities independently • Comfortable navigating online learning platforms • Passionate about helping students succeed
