📋 Description
• Facilitating learning activities that engage and retain students • Marking assessments and providing meaningful, constructive feedback • Supporting communication through discussion boards, emails, and live sessions – ensuring visibility to students every 24-48 hours • Collaborating with academic teams to maintain unit quality • Upholding OES values to foster a positive team culture and student experience
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified: Hold a minimum Masters in the following: Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related discipline • Experienced: 5+ years industry experience • Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and process improvement. • Desirable experience with BPMN and process modelling tools such as Signavio. • Experience supervising, mentoring, or assessing team-based project work. • Experience marking assessments and providing constructive written feedback. • Previous teaching, mentoring, facilitation, or online learning experience. • Desirable certifications: CBAP, CCBA, BPM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent. • Empathetic: Understand the challenges faced by online learners • Organised & proactive: Able to manage time and responsibilities independently • Tech-confident: Comfortable navigating online learning platforms • Student-focused: Passionate about helping students succeed • Flexibility to work sessional part-time: 8 hours per week. Hours may increase depending on assessment/marking cadences and the number of student groups you support. • Located in Australia • Desirable: • Experience teaching or studying in an online environment • Previous teaching or mentoring experience
