🎯 Requirements

• Possess extensive production experience with a programming language that supports concurrency (e.g. Go, C++, or Rust) • Possess a strong sense of ownership in your work which drives you to find new and innovative ways to solve complex problems through rigorous experimentation • Always up to speed on the latest technologies • Possess an open, transparent and direct communication style and have experience working in tight collaboration with your teammates • Always open to feedback, new ideas and opportunities for self-improvement • You look for ways to help out beyond your immediate day-to-day work • Made significant contributions to the products you’ve worked on in your career • Maintained a security focused mindset, always keeping an eye out for potential threats and vulnerabilities in your code • Nice to have: • Familiarity with WebAssembly, particularly writing high performant and high security code in production environments • Passion for, curiosity about, or experience working with Blockchain technology • Experience working with compilers, architecting systems and developing SDKs
