📋 Description

• Craft high-impact, hands-on labs and immersive cybersecurity training content • Weave cutting-edge attack and defense scenarios into training and shape OffSec certifications • Lead development of advanced defensive training content and mentor teammates • Design, build, and oversee training environments using VMs, cloud infrastructure, and automation • Develop, test, and stabilize complex lab environments to ensure a great learner experience • Troubleshoot complex lab integration and environment issues • Create realistic, scenario-driven challenges and validate environments with DFIR and security analysis • Incorporate emerging threats, adversarial tactics, and defense strategies into content • Collaborate across teams to keep labs and learning material fresh and relevant

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity + VM creation + content development experience • Expert wizardry in Microsoft Azure & Active Directory attack techniques, detections, and threat hunting (enumeration, escalation, lateral movement, persistence) • Experienced in AI-assisted code development of security tooling and proof of concepts • Battle-tested in bypassing AV, EDR, and modern defenses, and in detecting bypass techniques • Killer communication skills • Sharp research instincts: validate, test, and translate threats into learning materials • Proven mentor, project driver, and process improver • Comfortable working across global teams, cultures, and time zones
