📋 Description

• Guides the team in overall technology design activities; Grow the team in terms of knowledge and understanding of the systems and best practices; • Work closely with business partners and customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Manage project timelines and budget, responsible for application/system, including scopes, timelines, dependencies and deliverables; Assign work to resources. • Be the point person for escalations and serve as the domain expert of your area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 6 years minimum experience • 3 years in a managerial role • Analytical Skills: demands superior analytical skills; must be analytically capable of refining strategic, technical roadmaps and synthesizing to make improvements and recommendations. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; regularly required to make presentations to stakeholders. • Interpersonal/People Skills: ability to facilitate smooth collaboration and relations necessary to be successful in this role; • Leadership Qualities: Ability to continuously drive results, display a high level of confidence not just in self but in other people as well • Experience with functionality delivery from concept to deployment, as well as leveraging mobile, social, and other rich media applications to build web solutions.
