📋 Description

• Assist the Offprem Delivery Team in coordinating with the Client • Complete all project deliverables on time and on budget • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and timelines • Work with Client and Offprem Delivery Team to develop project timelines • Determine project milestones • Coordinate availability for meetings and distribute meeting invites • Track project tasks/timeline to ensure project/task delivery • Communicate to ensure team members stay on track • Ensure client completes tasks by requested deadlines • Lead weekly status calls and send weekly status reports • Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills • Strong ability to hold project team members accountable to deliverables • Ability to stay organized while balancing several projects at once • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements
