📋 Description
• Manage implementation projects to successful completion • Lead discovery and consulting sessions with customers • Develop solution design and technology architecture • Document and receive approval on solution design • Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance • Conduct solution walkthrough with customers • Support customer go-live
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Experience implementing Marketing Cloud Engagement • Experience with non-profit and/ or public sector clients highly preferred • Previous experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Systems Consultant • Strong business acumen • Excellent technical ability • Strong presentation and communication skills
