• Keep contractor enrollments moving forward, helping them through every step of the process • Provide proactive support, answer questions, and offer guidance through phone calls, emails, and chat • Serve as the go-to for client inquiries, ensuring top-notch service • Track project progress, provide regular updates, and collaborate with key partners • Assist with onboarding events, ensuring contractor groups are efficiently enrolled • Handle any client concerns and escalate issues when needed • Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • 2+ years of customer service experience • Strong PC knowledge and familiarity with remote desktop access • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Comfortable with MS Office and navigating digital platforms
