📋 Description

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services. • Provide operational leadership for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, and care coordination. • Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable workflows, and ensure timely patient care throughout the treatment journey. • Supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, Access Coordinators, and other operational staff. • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to improve patient experience and reduce delays in care.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual. • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration , Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience. • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. • Experience with mental health. • Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
