• Develop and drive commercial action plans (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Groups) • Lead and grow the Sales & Revenue Management teams • Define pricing strategy, oversee forecasting and topline budgets • Optimize distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct sales) • Manage strategic partnerships and key account negotiations • Monitor commercial performance and ensure accurate reporting • Work in synergy with Marketing, Communications and Operations teams • Structure processes to ensure commercial excellence and efficiency
• Strong experience in commercial leadership and revenue management within the hospitality industry • Previous executive committee (Comex) experience is a plus • Strategic vision with a strong results orientation • Natural leadership and ability to work across functions • Proficiency with CRM, RMS, PMS tools and hotel KPIs
