📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing activities for complex assemblies and critical components • Develop and manage RFP packages, conduct detailed bid analysis, and drive supplier selection decisions • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers • Issue and manage purchase orders in alignment with program milestones • Support should-cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives • Identify supply risks and proactively drive mitigation plans • Partner with Global Supply Managers and engineering teams to execute category strategies • Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and responsiveness
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field • 5+ years of sourcing or supply chain experience in a hardware manufacturing environment • Experience leading sourcing for complex, highly engineered components • Strong commercial negotiation skills and analytical capability • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications • Experience operating in cross-functional product development environments • U.S. citizenship required
