📋 Description

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM • Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing • Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM • Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions • Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem

🎯 Requirements

• First experience with copywriting: you know how to write copy that gets a response • First experience with project management: you can keep tasks, approvals and deadlines organized without things slipping • Reliability: you deliver what you promise, without needing to be chased • You own your mistakes and actually apply feedback, instead of just nodding along • Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and account ownership - this role is a launchpad, not a landing spot
