📋 Description

• Design emails and pop-ups for e-commerce brands, including GIFs and animations • Develop email design systems to ensure consistent output • Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks • Proactively look for design directions and inspiration • Help the design team work smarter and better • Collaborate closely with the remote team during CET-overlap hours • Create designs that improve client retention results

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of email design experience in an agency environment • Portfolio required • Hands-on Figma experience, including auto-layout, components, and local styles • Experience with generative AI, such as Gemini • Must overlap around 5 hours with CET working hours • Must be curious, a team-player, and ambitious • Must have specifically worked with email design • Must provide 2–3 email designs built in Figma • Must state which email sending platform they have designed for
