📋 Description

• Own the EEA growth campaign engine across Affiliate, Listing, Trade & Earn, and New Product Launch campaigns • Coordinate and execute campaigns from concept through launch, measurement, and reflection • Orchestrate creative, media, lifecycle, BD, KOL operations, product marketing, and legal stakeholders • Run affiliate activation campaigns in coordination with BD and BD Operations • Ship new token listing campaigns within 24 hours of listing decisions, coordinating with Listing PM, legal, communications, BD/KOL Ops, and exchange operations • Build Trade & Earn campaigns using volume incentives, leaderboards, and zero-fee promotions around clear unit economics and incrementality • Coordinate product and feature launch campaigns with product marketing, product, social, and lifecycle teams • Translate stakeholder requests into actionable campaign briefs • Build campaign plans with gates, dependencies, owners, and dates; hold stakeholders accountable • Define success metrics with analytics, run holdouts where possible, conduct reflection sessions within seven days of campaign close, and publish reusable learnings • Navigate MiCA and MiFID II constraints with legal, flag risks early, and propose alternatives • Localise global playbooks to EEA markets and share EEA-originated wins with global campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Four to seven years total experience, including two-plus years coordinating end-to-end campaigns at a tier 1 regulated crypto exchange (Binance, Kraken, Bitpanda, Coinbase, or similar) • Shipped at least 10 campaigns with named numbers attached • Fluency in English and German, French, or Dutch • Hands-on familiarity with EEA regulator dynamics under MiCA and MiFID II; experience shipping campaigns under regulator review • Strong brief-writing skills • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills across senior and peer levels • Analytical literacy, including reading campaign dashboards, identifying attribution issues, questioning analytics, and presenting results to leadership • Budget discipline and understanding of CAC payback, ROAS, incremental volume, and LTV • Crypto-native experience, including trading, using a wallet, and knowledge of token listings and exchange campaigns • Detail-oriented and able to identify errors such as incorrect token contract addresses • Able to work at the speed required for campaigns to ship within hours of news
