📋 Description

• Test new marketing channels and determine what works for customers • Run marketing experiments, measure results, and draw clear conclusions • Scale initiatives that work and consistently stop those that don’t • Work across channels: paid, SEO, content, email, and social • Contribute hands-on rather than only coordinating or producing reports • Use growth marketing to drive awareness of HeroSoftware’s Shopify apps among merchants

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing or comparable hands-on experience testing and scaling marketing initiatives • Data-driven mindset and decision-making based on metrics • Self-starter with a willingness to execute tasks independently • Ideally, experience with Shopify or e-commerce • Excellent German and English skills
