📋 Description

• Takes end-to-end ownership of all marketing activities for a new digital B2C product • Manages paid acquisition, with a focus on Meta campaigns • Creates and optimizes landing pages • Develops CRM and lifecycle campaigns • Conducts regular customer research interviews and collects qualitative feedback • Refines product positioning, messaging, and growth priorities during an early beta phase • Runs continuous growth experiments across new channels, creative formats, and AI-driven workflows • Owns marketing KPIs such as cost per install, funnel conversion, and activation rates • Produces marketing performance reporting and manages budgets • Analyzes campaigns, creates forecasts, and develops data-driven recommendations • Works closely with the Product & Business Lead, CMO, and founders

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on growth marketing experience for a digital B2C product • Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment • Ideally experience as a founding marketer or first marketing hire • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, especially Meta • Experience with CRM/lifecycle campaigns • Strong analytical skills • A natural sense for brand and visual storytelling • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude • Native-level German proficiency • Fluent English • AI-first working approach and active use of AI tools and agents • Willingness to work hands-on as the sole marketing owner • Experience with app marketing, influencer marketing or SEA is a plus
