📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategy for OKX in Europe that aligns with business growth objectives • Formulate revenue strategy and revenue optimisation based on the product offering of OKX in Europe • Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company • Lead our partnership work in Europe through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations • Manage relationships with high-networth individuals and key clients in Europe ensuring positive customer experience • Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience • Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product and other related business areas • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and product innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Crypto or Traditional Finance sectors, with • Significant experience in a leadership role. • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space. • Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data and indicies understanding of the European crypto and finance regulatory environments, i.e. MiCA and MiFID • Highly sociable, confident, and a commercially-minded communicator • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion. • Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.
