📋 Description

• Curate, expand, and monetize a personal network of C-suite relationships at major global financial institutions • Own consolidated institutional revenue targets, forecasts, and pipeline health • Balance long-cycle bank partnerships with shorter-cycle fund and asset manager clients • Originate, commercially structure, negotiate, and close major institutional deals • Work alongside the Senior Relationship Director and oversee the Senior Institutional Relationship Manager • Translate institutional product requirements into ROI-based business cases and advocate with product and engineering • Articulate OKX’s regulatory standing to client compliance committees, boards, and risk teams • Own OKX’s institutional market positioning and oversee sales and marketing collateral, press releases, and thought leadership content

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Business Development experience • Active institutional network with C-suite decision-makers at banks, asset managers, and funds within the last 18 months • Personal experience originating and closing institutional partnerships • Deep crypto product fluency, including custody models, trading infrastructure, FIX connectivity, settlement mechanics, and regulatory frameworks • Understanding of infrastructure development lifecycles for banks and traditional asset managers entering digital assets • Experience managing or directing director-level professionals • Ability to lead through influence and partnership
