📋 Description
• Act as a strategic advisor to the Regional Manager, providing insights and support on operational, market, business challenges. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive accountability. • Develop and manage the company resources, ensuring that all expenses are within budget. • Oversee and optimize relationships with third-party vendors to ensure cost efficiency and compliant operations. • Ensure adherence to local regulations and compliance requirements within the first line of defense. • Proactively monitor, analyze, and influence legislative and regulatory proposals.
🎯 Requirements
• Resident of El Salvador • Leadership experience in operations, ideally with legal background and government relations. • Strong experience navigating the local political and legislative environment. • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, fast-paced, and high-growth environment. • Strategic thinker with sound judgment, political awareness, and strong execution capabilities. • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
