📋 Description

• Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications. • Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies to ensure software operates within defined requirements. • Identify and document defects, track and manage defects through to resolution, ensuring full traceability. • Perform functional and regression testing to validate that new changes do not affect existing functionality. • Collaborate closely with software developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality software on time. • Participate in design and code reviews, user story creation processes, and planning and coordination of release activities. • Continuously look for opportunities for automation and process improvements in the quality assurance process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least two years of experience in Quality Assurance roles, including automation testing. • Experience with Salesforce testing and Salesforce applications. • Experience in functional and regression testing, test planning, test writing, and defect tracking and reporting. • Knowledge of REST API basics, SQL/Database basics, and testing integrations. • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end system processes.
