The platform is targeted at SecOps, AppSec, CloudSec, and security leaders and is delivered via lightweight sensors for rapid deployment and real-time protection.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the largest and most strategic accounts • Build relationships with customers’ security engineers, platform teams, and CISOs • Own complex deployments end to end, from architecture design through rollout across large production estates • Build and ship custom integrations, automation, and tooling inside customer environments • Author and tune runtime policies for customer-specific workloads, traffic patterns, and risk tolerance • Design and deliver integrations into customer SIEM, SOAR, data lake, and CI/CD pipelines • Debug sensor behavior, performance overhead, kernel and runtime interactions, and drive root cause with R&D • Support deployments in regulated and air-gapped environments, including FedRAMP-authorized environments • Travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and support technical initiatives • Collaborate with dev, product, and support teams in Israel to advocate for customer needs and resolve technical issues • Turn repeat field work into reusable deployment patterns, tooling, and reference architectures for R&D • Translate technical detail into business impact for executive stakeholders • Identify risks and opportunities within accounts, partnering with Customer Success and Sales on account strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, hands-on background in cybersecurity, with specific experience in runtime security • Deep understanding of container runtimes including Docker, containerd, and Podman • Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift, plus non-containerized hosts including VMs and bare metal • Strong Linux fundamentals: processes, namespaces, cgroups, and syscalls • Familiarity with eBPF or other kernel-level instrumentation • Proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, or Bash • Comfort reading Java, Node.js, Python, or Go code • Hands-on experience with Helm, ArgoCD, FluxCD, and Kubernetes distributions such as OpenShift, EKS, GKE, and AKS • Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze logs, metrics, and relational databases • Experience with sensor-based security tooling and CADR • Ability to debug live production systems under pressure without disrupting them • Experience in a customer-facing technical role at a cybersecurity company or equivalent hands-on engineering experience with direct customer exposure • Experience with enterprise or large-scale customer environments, including global organizations • Ability to build trust and credibility with technical stakeholders • Strong executive communication skills and comfort engaging with senior leadership • Based in Israel, ideally near the technical teams • Willingness to travel to customer sites • Willingness to overlap with US working hours as needed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
